Kayleigh Medeiros is a certified lactation counsellor (CLC) and doula working towards becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Kayleigh works with you and your baby to provide a lactation assessment as well as hands-on and tangible support for optimizing latch, positioning, flow and supply, comfort, gas and colic, and confidence in your breastfeeding journey. She provides education and empowerment to support you in your feeding journey.

 

Kayleigh is a mother of three and her motherhood journey ignited a spark in her for all things birth and postpartum. Her passion for babywearing led her down this path - witnessing firsthand the gap in support for new families during those early days. She knew that she wanted to offer more than just a helping hand. She is dedicated to a holistic approach centered on genuine care, evidence based information and she will also add a sprinkle of friendship. It is her goal to empower you, whether you are welcoming your first or your fifth baby.

 

Kayleigh believes that informed and supported families are happy families and she want parents to feel confident and secure in however they choose to nourish their newborn. Kayleigh loves for new parents to find their pace, find their voice and come into their own. She loves knowing that she got to help them along the way - judgement free.
