Kara Egelton, BSc., MA Kinesiology, DOMP, is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a background in fitness and kinesiology. Her passion is treating infants with many clients labelling her as a baby whisperer. She has an intuitive knack for locating areas of tension and perceiving a baby's postural tendencies. With a gentle approach, Kara helps babies with challenges such as: colic, latch (feeding) issues, body therapy related to tongue tie, mobility restrictions, torticollis, head shape issues, digestive issues (gas), reflux, regurgitation, sleeping, body asymmetry and balance (related to muscle, joints and soft tissue) and general discomfort.

As a mom of three, Kara understands the joys and challenges of parenthood. She enjoys assisting parents with take-home practical routines to further assist maintenance of treatment at home. In addition to infants, Kara also treats pre and postnatal moms, and individuals with discomforts such as back pain, sciatic pain, neck and shoulder discomforts and stress management needs through relaxation and craniosacral treatment.

Kara's treatment style is gentle, holistic and focuses on ideal postural alignment. She understands that every infant, child and adult is an individual and requires their treatment to be personalized in order to achieve optimal health and ideal alignment.
