Stephanie has been in clinical practice as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years. She graduated from Kikkawa College in 2001 and has continuing education in Clinical Aromatherapy, Kinesio Taping, Pregnancy & Labour Support, Myofascial Integration and Cupping. She has spent her career working in multidisciplinary clinics alongside a variety of other Health Care Practitioners. She is passionate about keeping up to date with current evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of musculoskeletal concerns, pain, injury, and stress management.

 

Some of her areas of focus include: headaches, anxiety & depression, muscle tension & spasms, prenatal & postnatal care, insomnia, arthritis, TMJ syndrome, tendonitis, strains, sprains, sciatica, cancer & lymphedema. Stephanie has a holistic approach to therapeutic massage and aromatherapy and believes that the combination of nutrition, exercise, essential oils and soft tissue release through massage therapy, are integral aspects for maintenance of optimal health and balance to the body and mind.

Clinical Focus

Amy Harrison is registered with the College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers and has additional certificates in perinatal mental health and foundational training in EMDR Therapy working toward certification.​
