Emma Lawson is Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with a Masters of Counselling Psychology. Emma has experience working with children and adults with various presenting concerns. She focuses on supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, attachment, relational difficulties and dissociation.

Emma has training in compassionate inquiry, parts work, play therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Emma believes that it may not be about healing your hurt but about learning how to hold your hurt, while being with your authentic self.
